how to make it

Place the chicken in the fry pan and season with season all and sesame seeds in place.

While that's cooking, slice and dice the vegetables. Keep the pumpkin slices fairly thin so they don't take too long to cook.

When the chicken's about halfway done, flip it, drizzle a little olive oil into the pan (if there's room - otherwise another heated pan will do) and lay the pumpkin slices out. The oil turns it a lovely dark golden colour. Flip after a few minutes, add the rest of the veg, and stir gently. Cover for a minute or so to flash steam the veggies if you like.

Just before serving, crumble some fetta through the veggies.
