how to make it

Pre-heat oven to about 180 C.

Take any kind of flat, circular bread (lavash, mountain, pita, tortilla) and evenly spread pizza sauce over it. Mix it up a bit with about a teaspoonful of pesto.

Grate the carrot and spread that over the pizza, followed by the tuna, capsicum, olives and pineapple. Cover the pizza with some thin slices of parmesan, and stick it in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese just starts to turn golden.

Mmmm, pizza...
