500g boiled chicken pieces

Tikka sauce:

in a bowl, combine:


Put 4 heaped dessert spoons of tika masala into large bowl
- Add 1 dessert spoon of salt
- 4-5 tbsp of Olive oil
- Good squirt of lemon juice (about tablespoon)
- 1 pinch of red chilli/paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- plain yoghurt, enough to drown the chicken, maybe 300ml so that it doesnt look too oily


mix in chicken and cover for 10 mins

Oil oven dish, and put in 200c oven for 30 mins.
