easy yummy brownies
how to make it
Heat oven to 160 degrees.
Melt 125 g of unsalted butter on low heat. Mix with 1/2 cup of baking cocoa in a bowl, mix until smooth. Mix 3 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla essence, then add to cocoa powder. Mix gently. Add 1 1/2 cups of caster sugar, mix gently. Add 2/3 cup flour and fold in until nice and smooth. For extra yumminess, add choc chips.
Line a 25 cm baking tray with baking paper, and pour in brownie mix. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Take it out just before you think it's ready for that fudgy awesomeness and nice edges. Let it sit in the tray for 20 minutes, as it will continue to set.
Don't try to cut brownies until it's cooled off a bit.
