how to make it

Preheat the pan while you dice the chicken and veg. Add a little oil to the pan and brown the chicken briefly before adding in the carrot, asparagus, broccoli and sultanas. Stir for a few minutes before adding the zucchini and tamari. Cook for a further couple of minutes before adding the cashews and bamboo shoots. When they've been heated through, drizzle honey through the mix, stir briefly, and serve.
