how to make it

This recipe calls for actual quantities with some bits, so:

Blend together:
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup melted butter
seasoning.

Add:
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup rice flour (this forms the base)
any other bits and pieces you want. In the quiche pictured, I added cherry tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, fetta, tuna, and fresh chives and parsley.

Mix well. Pour into a quiche dish, and bake for 45-55 mins at 190C.
