how to make it

This one's a tasty hit! It even comes with its own special dressing. First, we make the salad:

Hardboil the eggs, then peel and slice once they're cool enough. Put these into a salad bowl with chopped up walnuts, spinach (or lettuce), cucumber, tomato, fetta and avocado into a salad bowl.

And now for the dressing:

In a smaller bowl, spoon in some curry powder, olive oil, crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Blend together (I just whisk with a fork but whatever works for you) until it's all smooth and consistent, then mix through the salad.
